Findlay constructed the expansion of the NorthStar Foundation, Outward Bound School. It is a private project consisting of multi-purpose activity rooms, offices, conference rooms, game rooms and a two-story dining area. An outdoor patio and sports grass field was also part of the scope. The NorthStar Expansion also includes a high school wing, STEM learning lab, and an amphitheater.
